How are HAND TUFTED RUGS made?
They're crafted by skilled artisans who start by placing a backing fabric on an iron frame and tracing the desired pattern onto it. Using a tufting gun similar to a needle in sewing, yarn is hooked and pulled through the backing, forming loops or piles to create the design. Once the rug is completed and quality-checked, a canvas backing is added to prevent shedding and give base & strength to the rug.

Natural wool is a fiber sourced from the fleece of sheep or other animals like goats (cashmere and mohair), alpacas, llamas, and even camels.
